Ramsdale celebrates Arsenal's 2-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur.
Ramsdale, 24, was kicked in the back while attempting to retrieve his gloves and bottle from the goal's side.
Watts, who admitted to being drunk, climbed onto an advertisement board to aim the kick at England's star.
The thug was seen desperately scrambling through the throng of Spurs fans to escape, according to Uxbridge Magistrates' Court.
Both teams' players then rushed over to try to diffuse the situation.
Watts admitted to assault by beating, going onto a nearby area, and throwing a missile onto a football field.
During the drama on January 15, the yob from Hackney, East London, threw four coins towards the pitch.
He was given a 12-month community order and ordered to pay the footballer £100 in compensation.
Watts was also issued a four-year football ban, preventing him from attending games.
Ramsdale stated in a victim impact statement that he went to see a masseuse because his back felt "heavy," but there were no marks.
"I've never had someone enter the pitch and kick me," he added.
It is not acceptable for me to be assaulted at work."
During Arsenal's 2-0 win over their London rivals, the keeper made seven saves.
But the win was marred by the chaotic scenes, with the Arsenal no1 later revealing the incident left him with a "sour taste".
When the shameless fan was identified, Tottenham promised an immediate ban.
"We are appalled by the behavior of a supporter who attempted to attack Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale at the end of today's match," the club said at the time. "Violence in any form has no place in football."
"Passions can run high during and after football matches, but there is simply no excuse for this type of behavior," said Detective Constable Phil Dickinson of the Met's Football Investigations Team today. Attacks on players will not be tolerated, and I am pleased that this man was quickly identified, arrested, and brought to justice with the assistance of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club. "I am also pleased that he will now be barred from attending any football matches for at least four years."
